• Walk-in to our office and fill in the application form and attach 1 passport size photo and we will issue the membership card immediately.

JUNIOR :RM 30.00 (12 years to below 17 years)
SENIOR :RM 40.00 (membership for 1 year)
LIFE : RM 300.00 (only pay once)

HI CARD : RM 40.00 (Foreigners/non Malaysians)

       For courier we charge an additional of RM 8.00 if you are in Semenanjung Malaysia and RM15.00 If you are in Sabah & Sarawak If all complete details of the application to before 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays and before 12.00pm on Saturdays we would   process the card on the same day send it out on the next working day. If   you send it after 4.00 pm we would process it the next working day and send it out the following working day.

Junior and Senior members may also apply for 2 years membership or more. For example 2 years Senior membership will cost RM 70.00

Senior & Life membership card has no age limit and some hostels in Germany may impose age limit to stay due to the legislation of the local council.

HI-MALAYSIA MEMBERSHIP CARD
This card can be used in Malaysia and overseas where there is a YHA/HI sign display. This card is only issued to Malaysians and Malaysian Permanent Resident (PR) card holders only

HI CARD
This card is issued to non resident of Malaysia (foreigners) with 6 welcome stamps. The cost of the card is RM 40.00 for 1 year. Please contact the National Office for more details.

SENIOR/JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP WHICH IS CONVERTED TO LIFE MEMBERSHIP AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE ONLY WILL HAVE TO PAY RM 270.00.

Application for membership open from Mondays to Fridays (09.00am till 4:30pm) and Saturdays (9.30am till 2.30pm). At the moment we are shortage of staff, please call before you come. Please take note that application done from Mondays to Fridays (working days) by 3.00pm the card will be process on the same day and send out by courrier Pos Laju the next working day and the cost is RM 8.00 Semenanjung Malaysia and RM 10.00 Sabah & Sarawak. Application after 3.00 pm will be process the following working day and send out next working day 

HOSTEL BOOKING

There are 2 ways of booking hostels around the world:

1) Members can go to the www.hi-malaysia.org.my main page stroll down to the bottom of the page for the Book Now box and click the country they want to visit and pay through their credit card. The charges are:

i) 8% to 12% deposit charges

ii) International currency excharge charge by bank

2) Members can book the hostels from the HI-Malaysia National Office by only paying

10% deposit and the balance 90% when checking in the hostel. This booking can

be done 2 ways

i) Members can come to the office and do the booking and receive the

conformation immediately.

ii) Member can do it over the phone and receive the conformation

immediately. Once the booking is confirmed, bank in the money to our

Maybank account as stated above and send the copy of the bank in slip

to us by e-mail
