For the 40++ households (from a few villages around Pos Menson), we handover rice, cooking oil, sugar, salt, sewing kits and items provided by main sponsors F & N, Hospital Pusrawi and many well wishers.
The team decided that we will give the kids a different kind of treats this year. We fried sausages, French fries, chicken nuggets, curry puffs, and spring rolls.
Come dinner time, they shared our simple meal of home cooked nasi lemak. 'Master Chef' was our Saiful and his family members. We, the other volunteers, were relegated to supporting kitchen helpers and assistants, hi hi.
